Guidelines and policies
The Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings whether made online, by telephone or in-person. They equally apply to any bookings made through third parties, in addition to any Terms and Conditions the third party may impose. All rates are subject to availability; all bookings are taken at the discretion of Tobago 260 Services. We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to book a hotel room. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay. ID is required for Check-In.
1. Check in time is from 2pm. Check out is 12 Noon. Late Check-Out is subject to availability at an additional cost.
2. No additional persons are allowed on the compound for any gathering/event (No Party, Cook-Out, Lime, Zess or otherwise).
3. Our apartments are Non-Smoking. Smoking must be done outdoors and cigarettes' must be properly discarded outside the property.
4. No outdoor cooking is allowed (No Barbeque Pit, Firecracker etc)
5. No loud music (Obscenities or Offensive lyrics) is to be played that will disturb or offend the other guests. Music can be played in shared spaces up to 7pm
6. No drinking and/or disrupting behavior in or around compound especially the pool area.
7. Pool hours are from 8am-10pm
Damages
We reserve the right to charge you for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
